I've recently re-installed windows xp on my computer and had everything
cleared off and im having trouble with how my whole computer is displayed.
before i had reinstalled windows my screen resolution was 1024x768 and right
now its set the same at 1024x768. the problem is it doesnt appear the same
size as it did before the re-installation even though the resolution is the
same. everything looks smaller then it should be, the icons, text, the
windows on programs and what bugs me the most is the web. I've got AOL and i
have internet explorer and netscape browsers as well. everything on AOL is
small the icons the size of the windows. when i search the web on IE or
netscape or AOL the whole contents of the page itself doesnt fit the broswer
window its cut off and is all squished horizontally i just dont understand
why or how to fix it i tried everything i know personally.

if someone can please help me fix this id appreciate it, sorry if this wasnt
a good explanation for my problem but i hope someone understands what im
talking about.

Or download "Nokia Test" freeware to help you automatically set the controls
from the utility.
Windows3.x/95/98/NT/2000 (XP not mentioned but 2000 and XP are similar in
many ways so the application must work on XP also.)
