Display rotated sideways

I had a student drop a book on his keyboard, when he done
this the monitor screen rotated 90 degrees
counterclockwise Now I can't get the screen to return to
normal. How do I go about doing this.

Rotate the monitor 90 degrees.

Actually, sounds like a HotKey was hit. You'll need to look at the video drivers to rotate
the display. I'll bet you have NVidia graphics card and drivers.
