display problems

I am not able to display some videos and images on web pages. Also, when i
try to do a windows update it keep getting an error saying it can't load, and
the active x control that is supposed to pop up doesn't anymore. Streaming
videos like news slide shows on pages like cnn.com or comcast.net aren't
being displayed. I tried channging my display settings in IE options and
have had no luck. Is there something really wrong with my computer, or am i
missing some kind of program or what. Please help.

Hi, I have the same problem. Streaming Video from the www.msn.com home page
doesn't work. I just get Audio. But all the other "media" sites work fine.
Hope someone knows a good source for this problem. bobg (My email address
is incorrect).

I am not able to even here audio. The only thing i get is a little picture
with a red square, blue triangle and a green cirlce.
