"Display map of address"

Chris

I utilize Windows 98 with Outlook 2000. When attempting
to pull up a map of a contact's address by clicking on
the "Display map of address icon", the resulting map that
comes up in Internet Explorer only shows the particular
city and state - with no street address. This is
useless. Has anyone experienced this and can you share
with me how I might be able to utilize this "Display map
of address" feature to its full capacity?

Thanks
-Chris

does it happen for all contacts? are you using the web for the map or
mappoint/streets cd?

you can try editing the registry - see
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/displaymap.htm for instructions.
