Display Map of Address Opens Wrong Site

When our users who still have Outlook 2000 click the
yellow triangle button to display a map of an address
within a contact, Internet Explorer opens to
http://office.microsoft.com/home/default.aspx instead of
the actual map site. Any help as to what would cause
something like this would be appreciated as our users
heavily use this feature. Thanks.
