Display Error message ( Blue screen)

whats up guys, i just had to replace my other grahpics card with a ATI X1600
- 256mb, but every i run a dvd or 3d application i always get this error
message. and i get this

STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER

STOP: 0x100000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M



now i had have had a look on what do to

but in my tab settings tab for the display, when i go to trouble shoot tab



my driver doesnt allow me to make any changes to be made to the hardware
accelertaion i.e. the whole thing is grey out, cant click nothing.

any one with any ideas here ?

The best I can think of is make sure the drivers are up to date and then
contact the manufacturer.
