When i try to open up WORD or my urlook "word editor" to write new message i am getting a series of error messages

THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MEMORY OR DISK SPACE TO COMPLETE THE OPERATION

In Outlook when trying top open or copmose new mail

THERE IS INSUFFICIENT MEMORY OR DISK SPACE. WORD CANNOT DISPLAY THE REQUESTED FONT
