disk partition questions

I inherited a retired Compaq server w/o server software. I loaded WinXP pro
sp3 and am using it as my Corp. AV server for approx 80 clients.
My issue is this; it came with 2-40gig HDD raid-0 (I believe, not sure how
to tell), disks are partitioned as;
c: 10gig; d: 20gig, e: 8gig. C=system drive, D=software (AV installed here),
E=shared; printer drivers, etc for easy access from the network.
I'm getting C drive "full" notices, I was down to <200meg, now I'm up to
1.5gig free BUT I'd like to purge the E drive and merge C & E so that I have
more free space on C.
1. Is that possible with my scenario? (Raid)
2. Can it be done w/o reloading Windows?
3. If so, what software would you recommend that's reasonable ($), as with
many, my budget just left the building!

I just upgraded and migrated my AV to this machine because it has 3gig of
ram so if I can do this w/o unloading and reloading that software it would
be great.
ANY suggestions and recommendations will be appreciated.

Get bootitng from www.terabyteunlimited.com. You can use the evaluation
boot disk (which you make) to do the partitioning work. You may have to
do a bit of sliding and resizing but you can do it all without losing
anything as long as you have space for temporary storage as needed. Wise
to backup first. If you decided to keep and install the product, the
registration fee is very modest.

If it runs in RAID,then at every re-start,or pc start you'll get a post BIOS
RAID utility describing the RAID configuration...At this point & if you have
reinstallation cds, then in xp,install xp cd,run the File Transfer
Wizard,set as
old pc,select files/folders/etc to save, save to new folder you created, once
data
is collected, move folder to cd.Then you might reinstall xp,or delete
partitions
as needed,for that & before a new xp install,boot to xp cd,press F6
option,press
r For recovery,type:DiskPart,delete partitions,or all,create one,press ESC
key,
type:EXIT Reboot to xp cd,press F6,let xp format & install auto.
