Disk Error

Will someone help me fix this problem? Every time I try
to Install Age of Empires two this error message appears:

Age of Empires 2 encountered a disk error while writing
to the file C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Age of
Empires 2/Data/sounds.drs. Make sure your hard disk is
not full, and that the file is not in use.

I have tried many different things, but I don't know what
else to do. Please Help.

Does that file already exist on the drive? It could be read-only or access
could be denied for that user, make sure you're logged on as an
administrator.

It could also be a dirty or damaged disc, or your drive could need cleaning.
