Disk Cleanup

When I click on the Disk Cleanup icon, a screen opens with
the words "Disk Cleanup is calculating how much space you
will be able to free on Drive_C..."

At that point, it freezes and nothing happens.

Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix?

When you click onto disk cleanup it does take a while and seems as i
it isn't doing anything. Maybe you should try running it before you g
out and leave it for about an hour and see if it has done anything?
