Running disk cleanup from the start menu, it indicates it
is scanning to calculate how much space can be freed up
but hangs at the point where it looks at compressing old
files. I successfully ran defrag hoping this would help
but each time I try there is no change. I've left it
running for as long as 12 hours. Any thoughts on why this
is happening? TIA
