Are you trying to schedule this to run at a later time? If yes, does the
account from which you are scheduling the event need a password to log-in.
If not, that's the first issue as you cannot schedule an event using an
account with a "null password," that is, a password that is blank.
As to the second item, from what I'm finding, this can be caused by a number
of factors, often involving security. It's possible some security software,
McAfee antivirus, some firewall, etc. my be causing this issue. If you have
any security software, try turning it off and see if you still have the
problem. Also, you do know you need to be logged into an administrator
account to perform this function? In other words, make sure you are not try
to set this up from a limited account.
Also, does your system log into a domain. If yes, it's possible you need to
get permission from the domain administrator to perform this function.
