Look at this :

NEWEGG

Zipzoomfly

Same
AG neovo F-419 19" LCD Monitor as far as I can see
but Newegg lists 25 ms and ZIPZOOMFLY 16ms.

Thats got me wondering about the response times. The sellers know
people want low reponse times , are numbers being fudged? How come
all these LCDs are starting to be listed with 12 and 16ms reponse
times at low prices? I thought maybe new panels made by the mass
manufacturers of panels were supplying everyone with faster and
cheaper panels but many of these models like some 19" ers at big
rebates now have been out for years. Theres no way they could be using
the same panels back then and have 16 ms response times or maybe Im
wrong.

One possible explanation is , all these makers are just buying panels
from a few makers and theres a recent generation out the last few
months as I said being used on even the older models made recently.
And maybe Newegg hasnt updated the specs like ZZF did. The other
explanation is , everyone is really fudging the numbers to unload
generic panels. The good thing though is mines rated at 25 ms and it
really seems fine so they are probably OK but its really irritating if
they are really making up reponse time numbers if they arent using
newer panels.
