Disconnect and Automatically conect

I have a problem with my net card or my net cards that I have already
changed 3 time (3Com, DLink, and AOpen), the problem is that sometimes
appears me in screen that you disconnects the net and it reconnected
again, this begins her to me to make followed the computer, already
also change the net cable for one new, according to the event finder
the event has the I number 4201.

Event ID: 4201
Description:
The system detected that network adapter \DEVICE\TCPIP_{8F482C33-
B1BF-4D2D-9CCD-36EF000141A2} was connected to the network, and has
initiated normal operation over the network adapter.
What are this error??
This happen in Windows XP PRO...
i already visited the Microsoft help&support (http://
support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;325487) regarding to
this problem and it doesnt make any sense..could anyone help me
please?!

David, slow down a little and read your post . The first paragraph
makes no sense at all. Broken english makes it difficult ot figure out
what you are trying to say. This is not an insult,but we can't help
you if we can't understand what it is you are asking.

its not the NIC card
the problem is

most likely your router/port filtering/security
or a firewall setting
possibly a setting in the NIC configuration
4201 is a normal information event telling that the NIC is communcating with the network
maybe your PCI Bus is failing or on the outside chance your power supply is dying.
are you using the native XP driver for the NIC, or one from an install disk?

One more thing:

the routing of your LAN cable should not be near or parrallel power cords/ fans / speakers
and or cable or USB
