Disappearning Sites/Automatic Internet Connecton/Secure Sites

I have a problem after connecting to the Internet - when I access a website, the website disappears suddenly from the screen. Also when I want to disconnect, the connection prompt comes up automatically and tries to reconnect...also I am unable to access secure websites.
