Disappearing info in Forms View

I made a few menu forms in access and they worked fine until a few hours ago.
When I am in Design View, I see the title and command buttons. But when I
switch to Form View, all I see is the background. The title and command
buttons just disappear. Can anyone help explain this to me and what I need
to do to fix it please. Thank you in advance.

Is the form bound to a table or query? If it really is a menu form, it
shouldn't be bound to anything.
