Disabling ctrl+alt+delete sequence to logon

I am very puzzled on how to disable the ctrl+alt+delete
sequence that is required after the screen save kicks
in. If you read the kb article at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;308226&Product=winxp you will see that it refers to an
advanced tab in User Accounts listed in the Control
Panel. There is no advanced tab. For that matter there
are no tabs of any kind. I am doing this with an account
that has administrator priveledges as it mentions and the
document clearly states that this kb article applies to
XP Home and Professional. I think that someone screwed
up in writing this particular article becase these
directions apply to Windows 2000 but not XP.

Does anyone know how to disable this in XP?

Greetings:

This article describes the procedure wich applies to Windows XP both
Professional and Home.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291559&Product=winxp
(291559) - Setup configures Windows XP to use the friendly Welcome logon
screen and the shutdown buttons, if your computer is installed as a home
computer (a computer where a network domain has not been specified). This
article describes how you can enable the logon option...

Hope this helps.
