Disabling 'Clear History'

I would like to disable the 'Clear History' option as well as setting the
'Days to keep pages in history' to 20 days so as to be able to track what
employees are using their web access for. Thanks in advance for any
directions.

You can disable these options using group policy but your employees
can use 3rd party software like CCleaner, IEHistoryX to clear their
browsing history.

If you need to track their browsing history try to use proxy - Squid,
WinGate
