Disable Security Center on new workstation account

Hi folks.. Is there a way to disable the Security Center window from
appearing when a new (or another) user user account logs on after an SP2
upgrade?

I am in a corporate environment where we are about to upgrade 550+ PCs to
SP2. We are doing this under the "Administrator" account so what we are
trying to avoid is the actual "user" of the PC logging in, seeing the
Security Center on first boot and "fiddling around". We all know where that
will end up.

I'm able to disable the Firewall (which I need to in this environment) and I
am able to disable the alert notifications, both via the registry after my
SP2 upgrade. I am just looking to figure out how to disable the Security
Center screen so when another, or a new user logs in, they are not presented
with the Security Center window.

TIA.,

1. Go to Start > Run and type: SERVICES.MSC , and hit enter.
2. Scroll down to SECURITY CENTER.
3. Right-click on this service and select Properites.
4. Set the Startup type to Disabled.
5. Afterward, Stop the service.
