Disable Previously Permitted Threat?

MSAS keeps giving me a message "6754 A Known spyware threat IBIS Toolbar has
been allowed to run because the user has decided to previously ignore this
threat." I do not remember doing so, but, more to the point, is there any
way to undo this setting?

The UI for this is strange, but it is there:

Options, Settings, Spyware scan

look in the right-hand pane for information and checkboxes to "unapprove"
previously allowed threats.

I do hope that item is relocated in beta2---it seems inconsistent with all
the other real-time-protection related settings.
