Disable or Disassociate PowerPoint Viewer 2003

Hi, all,
I'm running Vista Home version, with Office 2007 (hate the Ribbon).
When I double-click a .ppt file, instead of PowerPoint 2007, I get the
PowerPoint Viewer 2003. How do I get Windows to open PowerPoint instead of
the Viewer as a default?
