Directory Service cannot start

Does anyone have a solution for this problem.
Security Accounts Manager Initialization failed because of
the following error: Directory Services cannot start.
Error status 0xc00002e1. Instructed me to start in
Directory Services mode but there is no available solution
for this problem. After clicking "ok" the server
reboots.
