Director Player Error

I can no longer get into www.gsn.com ITV games,when I go
to the site this message pops-up.
Driver Player Error;
unable to find file:C:\Programs
Files\Goldpockets\content10058\tg_whammy_1-1"!
can someone please HELP ME!!!!!

Win_nie,

Looking through www.gsn.com's FAQ site, all their games require is that you
have the Shockwave plug-in from Macromedia. My guess is that your
installation of Shockwave was somehow corrupted. If you go to
www.shockwave.com, you can re-install the Shockwave plug-in and that should
fix the corruption issue.
