Direct X again...

Everytime I run DXtools and go through the diag, my
computer freezes. I reinstalled my video card and Direct X
9.0, it made no difference. I also sent the card back to
the manufacturer and they replaced it with a new one. I
have a Radeon 9700 All in Wonder Pro. I have also replaced
all my ram. I am running AMD XP 2000+, with 1 gig of
DDR2700 (was using DDR2100 before). All fans in the case
are running.

I play Planetside and the computer freezes after about 5
minutes. If I play anyother game such as UT2004, my
computer runs fine forever. I have also reinstalled XP Pro.

How many watts is your power supply?

Did you upgrade your motherboard chipset drivers?

Does the company that manufactured your motherboard have a BIOS update that
addresses the problem you are experiencing?

Power supply is 480Watts.

Didn't think of updating the MB chipset drivers or the
bios. Thanks much!
