Direct X 9.0 Error

When i try to do a test direct x diagonistics it says
cannot perform test because net meeting is running
i have windows 2000
SP4
Video driers updated from 3d
direct version updated to version 9.0
i tried to disable netmeetin in services and reboot and
no luck same error
please help!!!!!

Make sure Netmeeting is not set to "run in the background
when Windows starts" from Tools / Options. Also,
sometimes, opening Netmeeting and closing it from File /
Exit will really "close" it.
