Digital camera problem

A while ago we got out computer formatted and ever since the digital camera has not been dowloading onto the computer. Before the screen would come right up, where it asked you if you want to download files to a folder. When we first got the computer, no installing was necessary and the screen came right up. Now the sound goes on but no screen comes up, and we have tried doing all the installing camera wizard deals too, and everything. the camera is a Fujifilm digital camera and any help replied would be thankful.

Reinstall the Fuji software.
