dial up error 691

Please help! Every 3 or 4 days when I try to dial up an
internet connection I get the following error message.
'Invalid username or password' or that my username or
password are not recognised.
I know that nobody has changed either password or
username, and the only way to connect is to System
|Restore to the previous day. Any ideas?

can't get broadband where i live, believe it or not the

providers do not think there is enough demand for it in
this rural area!!!
