DHCP Server in a Child Domain

Hi,

I currently have a DHCP Server in my Child Domain running on an NT4 Server.
I am in the process of taking the NT4 Server offline, and DHCP is the only
thing left to move over to the W2K servers. When I try to authorize the DHCP
server in W2K, it tells me access is denied. Looking at MSKB 300429, it says
I need to logon with an Enterprise Administrator account. I don't want this
DHCP server to reside at the enterprise level. How do I authorize the DHCP
server at the child domain level?

Thanks,
Alvin

An enterprise admin account has nothing to do with the location of the
server. That is the only account that can do the authorization.
