About DHCP authorization

When I try to authorize the DHCP server by clicking
the 'authorize' option, "Access is denied" message comes
out. Why is it so? Also how I can authorize my dhcp server?

Yes, the dhcp server is just the domain controller and
thus the dhcp server is a part of the domain and I am
logged in as an administrator account. My dhcp server 's
ip address is 192.168.0.66. Access is denied message comes
just when I authorize this dhcp server. Why? How can I
authorize that dhcp server successfully? Please help

You need to be logged in as an domain enterprise administrator, who has the
authority to change the objects in the AD.
