DgiVecp Service failed to start due to

In the Events handler of Win 2000 Professional I get the
error message "The DgiVecp Service failed to start due to
the following error: The system cannot find the specified
file" Event 7000

After searching my system, there is no DgiVecp however in
the regedit there are three instances that that particular
file is called for:

1.)HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Services/DgiVecp

2.)Hkey_Local_Machine/System/ControlSet002/Services/DgiVecp
3.)
Hkey_Local_Machine/System/CurrentControlSet/Service/DgiVecp

Where can I get this file and how can I fix this error?

No idea what installed it. Not a native operating system service. Control
Panel|Administrative Tools|Services and set the startup type to "Disabled"

(note: you only need to be concerned with currentcontrolset)
