detailed pop-up description

Question regarding the pop-up descriptions that come up in XPSP2 when you
hover the mouse over a file. If you go to the properties of the file, and
enter info into the summary tab, that information is displayed as well in
the
pop-up. Problem is, if the file is not local, it doesn't display that extra
information, just file size, name, etc... How do I get it to display that
information when the file is on a network drive/share? Had Win2K before and
it worked for network files.

Actually, it is designed to prevent network access performance issue.

ToolTips do not display complete information about files that are located on a network share:
