desktop still blank

Kelly......
this happened before and i can't remeber who or how it got fixed. But I do
remember the problem is that EVERYTHING is hidden. All i remember is that the
last person took me somewhere where all I had to do was unclick a box. Maybe
something in "hidden module"???
