right of quicklaunch which is an extended popup of ql.

Another choice Ben might want to consider is dragging the Quick Launch Bar
off the task Bar entirely and docking it on another side of the screen. That
provides room for lots of Quick Launch icons while freeing up taskbar space.
After unlocking there will be two faint vertical double dotted lines
at left end of quick launch bar. You have to place your cursor on that
(it turns into double headed arrow) then drag it onto any vacant area
of the desk top, After that you can position it wherever you like.
