Desktop is upside down!?!

When I turn on my computer everything is upside down (the word welcome, the desktop, everything). How can I fix this?

This feature is part of video drivers. Look in display.

Turn your monitor upside down.

Half serious about that - since it'll make the next step easier. It sounds
like someone's been playing around with your system. A lot of video cards
have desktop "adjustments" that can be done. Right click on your desktop
once you log in, go to Properties and, most likely, Advanced. Look for
"Orientation" (or something similar.) You may be able to turn your desktop
right-side-up that way (switch 180 degrees.)

Try holding down the Ctrl and Alt keys then press the UP arrow key.
