desktop icons font color

Hi!

windows xp : my background is white and the text of the
desktop icons stays white with the little grey shadow.

windows 98 : my background is white and the text of the
desktop icons automatically changes to black for me to be
able to read the text.

How can i change font color in win xp for the desktop
icons? In the appearance tab it seems it can't change the
font color. It can change the font style but not the color.

Nicholas--

There may be a number of ways to get font colors. I hope I'll see a
couple more in this thread. One way is to let this app do it for you and
the price is right. Free:
