Desktop Background

When I go in to choose a picture to set as background for my computer I
cannot choose from list of pictures all i can do is change colors. Any ideas
on whats wrong?

Download unlockdesktop.reg from here:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/reg/unlockdesktop.reg

Save it to Desktop. Right-click the file, and choose "Merge".
