desktop and taskbar disappear

When I log on everything seems to load (icons and taskbar work for a few
seconds) then the icons and taskbar disappear and right click doesn't work
either. I can access task manager, and through that other parts of the
computer(everything seems fine). I've try creating a new profile but same
thing happens when startup. System restore will not work because somehow all
restore points were erased. The problem occures even in safe mode. I've
scaned for any malicious software and corrupted files even try selective
startups. The only error message i get is when i try to "explore" a file or
drive using right click in the task manager "create new task" menu saying
"Windows cannot find'(null)'. Make sure you typed the name corretly, and then
try again. to search.... bla bla etc.

i believe i found the problem, it's a windows explorer problem but I don't
know how to fix it, i tried to replace the explorer files from another pc and
re-runing it and it works for a several seconds then everything is gone again.

one thing that is out of the ordinary is the cpu lvl's jump from 2 to 70 or
100 before the explorer gives out
does this help anyone solve my problem?
