Deploying FrontPage 2003 w/ group policy

Hi

I am trying to deploy FP2003 with group policy. I have done a network install of office 03' and use a transform (.mst) file to make settings for the rest of office, but front page doesn't even show up as an option in the 'custom installation wizard' (office 2003 resource kit)

I have also tried to use the veritas wininstall disoz.exe to make an .msi file for frontpage. It makes the .msi file file and appears to deploy, but when you try to run it on the machines you've deployed it to, nothing happens. I need help finding a way to deploy frontpage 2003 across my network somehow.
