denied access to personal folder file

I am being denied the ability to access (import) a personal folder file that
was created in Outlook 2003. I don't recall changing anything in terms of
sharing the folder.

You cannot access a pst that is located on cd, or one which has its read
only attribute set.
Also Import / Export is not the reccomended method to deal with native OL
data files
Also using the incorrect method to create the pst can corrupt it

to check/change read only file attribute, right click the file in Windows
Explorer, properties, uncheck the read only.
then in Outlook, do a File / Open / outlook data file
