Dell poweredge 2400 - connection problem

[Mac]

I have poweredge 2400 with windows 2000 server installed. All of a sudden
clients getting kicked out of the network or network drive and they have to
reboot their pc to get those drive back.

I already changed the switch but still having the same problem.

Do you think it may be server's network card ?
