DELL 400SC Network Drivers

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has the solution to my networking problem.
I just inherited a Dell PowerEdge 400SC.

When I installed the WinXP original CD, there are no network, USB, and audio drivers. Either they are in conflict(yellow icon in Device Manager) or there are no drivers at all.

First, how do I get the driver for windows XP? I check out at DELL, they have only for the Windows 2000 or Windows 2003. Will the network driver from either of them work for the XP.

2nd, how do I get a hold Server Assistant CD for Dell PowerEdge 400SC.

Thanks

OK, I have a PowerEdge 400SC and it is great. Here's a very helpful link
to a lot of your questions.

I went to Dell's website and if you go to Support for Small Business and
follow the links for 400SC downloads, you'll find the Server
Assistant .iso under Systems Management.

I'm not sure why you had such a hard time getting drivers, but according
to the FAQ link, you might try Intel's website for the motherboard
drivers, which will include the NIC and sound. I can't help you more
than that because I replaced the video card with a better one and I
don't run Windows on this box.

The Dell PowerEdge system is a server grade system. Dell does not provide any
XP drivers since XP is a desktop version of Windows

I have had experience with Dell PCs and noted that the network adapters could
be:

Broadcom

or

Intel.

You might be able to try the generic drivers from those manufacturers.
