Deleting Windows Password Logon Screen

I'm the only user of my computer in a secure site. When I startup, a Windows
Logon Screen comes on asking for my password. I don't have a password, and
simply click "OK" and the startup continues.

The startup takes a while and without this screen I could simply turn on the
computer, walk away and come back when it's fully loaded. With the screen, I
have to wait for part of the start up, click "OK" and then walk away.

Is there a way to skip this screen?

Thanks so much, folks. One annoyance down, others to go. Like Forest Gump
said, "one less thing".

Amazing that such a mystical problem can be solved in about 15 minutes
simply by asking. Thanks again.
