Deleting Webs

Windows XP FrontPage 2002

I work for a large agency that has many users using FrontPage to edit files.
Those same users then use a simple copy and paste from their hard drives to
the server. For reasons which I'd rather not explain, these users are not
supposed to use the publish feature of FrontPage at all. The problem is that
a couple of goofs have been made from users unfamiliar with the copy and
paste method our agency uses. They used the publish feature and created some
directories on the server which we cannot, now, delete. Most directories on
the server when you are viewing them through windows explorer, have icons
that look like manila folder. The directories which we have been unable to
delete have icons that look like manila folders with globes on them. Can
anyone tell me how to get rid of these directories?

Thank you in advance for any help you are able to provide.

Folders with blue globes are Webs.
Open the Web you want to delete with FP.
Highlight the root in Folder List
You'll be prompted to delete the entire web or just the FP information.
