Deleting HTML form objects?

I frequently need to copy and paste a page from one of our website's
admin screens into a spreadsheet. The HTML page includes HTML forms,
like check boxes and drop-down lists.

I can't figure out how to get rid of these HTML form elements.
Deleting the column they appear to be in just moves them into the
adjacent column on the right. Deleting the single cell the object
appears to be in has unpredictable results - sometimes it works,
sometimes it doesn't.

I'm pasting as HTML, because the table in HTML drops so nicely into
cells. If I paste as Text, each row is a useless unformatted string.

Any solutions?

Back after the holidays, sorry for the delay. Thanks for the
suggestion.

After the select objects/OK, I got a "No Objects Found" warning box. I
tried selecting the apparent cell where an HTML object is, a blank
cell, a column containing the forms, etc, but always "No Objects
Found".

It's not clear at all which cells these HTML objects are really
associated with. Deleting he cell one appears to be in just seems to
put it in the adjacent cell...

By the way, I did come up with a work-around, but it's kludgey... after
I paste from the web page into a spreadsheet, I immediately Copy the
same selection, and then Paste Special/Values and Number Formats into a
new sheet and delete the "temporary" sheet. ... like I said - kludgey.

See if this "quick fix" works

Select a single cell...then
Press the [F5] key........that's the shortcut for <edit><go to>
Click the [Special] button
Select: Objects
Click the [OK] button
(all of the objects should now be selected)

Next...just press the [Delete] key
