Deleting files

Hi guys, I've gotten some unwanted spyware on my labtop and have tried just
about everything to delete it. It's an Incredifind internet software that
keeps me from loggin onto the internet. I have tried
- Deleting it
- Changing the properties menu from the read only topic so I am able to
delete it.
- and as a last resort formatting my drive.
The message that keeps coming up is:
Cannot delete IncFindBHO.dll: Access is denied.
Make sure that the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is
not currently in use.
Can anyone help me?

You do not list any spyware removal applications?
