Deleting e-mail I tried to send

I made a mistake and tried to e-mail a message that had a lot of attachments
and was very large. It took me quite a while to figure out how to get the
message out of my outbox. It kept trying to send the oversized msg. and the
server couldn't handle it. I finally got the msg. into the deleted file but
now I can't delete it from there. What can I do to eliminate this mistake?

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
