Deleting Business Contact Manager

I bought an new computer with Office 2003 with Outlook 2003 with Business
Contact Manager. I removed all of the Office 2003 and installed Office 2000
(which I need because to use of Microsoft Mail) When starting up Outlook I
get an error message Business Contact Manager Exception for HRRESULT:
0x80040200. Can anyone help?

FWIW, you can add Microsoft Mail to Outlook 2003:

Add MSMail to Outlook 2003

You may be better off removing Office 2000, re-installing office 2003, and
using the above information.
