This question has been asked before in this forum, but there was no
satisfactory answer. Can anyone help please?
I am using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP system. I receive an email with
attachments. I open the email and, on the Attachments line, I right click
an attachment. On the pulldown menu that is presented, however, I cannot
click Remove because it is greyed out, and therefore I cannot delete the
attachment. Why is Remove greyed out? What do I have to do to activate the
function?
PS. I cannot see anything obvious in Tools > Options > Security that might
help.
