Deleted Power profiles & Get rid of IE7?

I deleted all of the power schemes on my Laptop, and now I have no control
over my computer's power settings. How can I get my settings back? All the
boxes are greyed out, and there is no power scheme to choose from.


Also, I want to know how to uninstall IE7 from my system. I want to go back
to IE6, but installing the IE6 download from ths MS site stops and says that
it won't install "because a more recent version is already installed". Any
help on this?

Hi,

Line 204, on the right.

2) IE7 has to be uninstalled via the add/remove applet in the control panel.
Make sure that the box to show updates at the top of the dialog is checked.
You can also uninstall by running this command:
%windir%\$NtUninstallie7bet2p$\spuninst\spuninst.exe
