I have a user who is running Windows XP, Outlook 2003, all current
updates. We're running current version of Exchange & Server 2003.
They are server-based, meaning that their email resides on our exchange
server.
In outlook, when they delete an email, it doesn't appear then in the
deleted items folder - it goes away. We've checked the obvious - the
Tools, Options, Other and "Empty Deleted Items upon exiting" is NOT checked.
In the same session, the user can delete an email, and it gets deleted,
but doesn't show up in the deleted items folder.
Is there some funky setting or registry setting that's causing this?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
